Our products have a 6 months warranty against manufacturing and components defects.

If you believe our products have fallen below the high standards we set for ourselves please contact the dealer where you have purchased your Stride Boot Wear products. They are the first point to determine what steps need to be taken. Please make sure to have your proof of purchase, provide photos and a detailed description highlighting any potential defects, this is very helpful and essential.

Each case is assessed individually: we are happy to repair or where necessary replace according to each situation. Final Sale items may be treated differently.

Normal wear and tear and fit issues are not considered as manufacturing defects and are not covered, neither are any modifications to our products or any unauthorised repair to an item.

Our products are hand-made and as we know humans are not machines, we are not 100% perfect!
